Preparation is essential to maximize the effectiveness of your team meetings. On Incenteev, each participant can prepare in advance, ensuring structured and collaborative exchanges. Here's how to do it 👇
Access the relevant team
In the Coaching section, select the team of your choice.
Choose the meeting to prepare
On the right, you will see upcoming scheduled meetings.
Click on the meeting you want to prepare.
Review existing preparations
You can view preparations already made by other participants.
Start your preparation
Click on Prepare in the top right to add your contributions.
Fill in your discussion points, notes, or ideas that you want to address during the meeting.
Save and exit the preparation
Once your preparation is complete, you can simply exit the page by clicking on the button in the bottom right.
View all preparations
Your preparation, as well as those of other participants, will be visible on the meeting page, ensuring optimal transparency and organization.
