The shared content feature on Incenteev allows you to centralize important information and integrate it directly into your meetings. With this intuitive tool, you can share files or key information with the relevant teams.
Here’s how to share content 👇
Access the Shared Content Section
In the organization administration under the coaching section, click on Manage Shared Content.
Create New Content
Click the + New Shared Content button to get started. You will be redirected to a creation page.
Add Files and Information
Click the Select a File button to upload a document or directly add content from the platform.
Choose a label and provide a description.
Schedule the Sharing
Set a start date and an end date for the content.
Choose the Recurrence Option
Select Only Once to display the content only in the first instance of a recurring meeting.
Or choose Every Time Based on Recurrence to share it in every meeting.
Define the Target Meetings
Select the meeting templates that should receive this content.
You can also refine your target by choosing specific teams.
