1. Overview
This feature is based on a configurable FTP connection from the "Manage Users" page. It allows you to import data via a remote file in a scheduled and automated manner. Administrators can:
Update data in real-time
Run simulations before execution
Monitor and track the connection status
2. Initial Setup
Access the User Management Page
Log in to the platform as a super administrator.
Go to the "Manage Users" page.
Click on the Automation button.
Configure the FTP Connection
Fill in the essential information using the FTP configuration form, including:
Host (FTP server address).
Directory where the file is located on the server.
File containing the user data.
Click on Save to validate the configuration.
3. Connection Monitoring and Management
Track Connection Status
Go to the Status Page to monitor the FTP connection status.
Check the possible statuses:
Active: The connection is operational.
Suspended: The connection is on hold.
Available Actions
Edit FTP settings (host, port, directory, file...).
Suspend the connection to pause automatic updates.
Resume the connection to restart the process.
4. Update and Simulation
Run an Update
Click on the Update Now button.
The system applies the changes directly to the user database.
A detailed report is sent by email
Run a Simulation
Click on the Run Simulation button.
This option allows you to test the update without modifying the user database.
A detailed report is sent by email, showing potential changes.
Action Availability
Actions can be triggered even if the FTP connection is suspended.
