First of all, in order to offer gift points to winners, your platform must be credited with gift points.
To check if this is the case, you just have to :
Go to your organization's administration by clicking on the "Settings" button at the top right, then "Organization Administration"
Click on "Manage gift points" in the "Endowments" section
Check the blue box to see if there are any points credited to the platform
If you do not have any gift points credited on the platform yet, please contact Incenteev.
There are two ways to award Gift Points:
Awarding gift points via an award file
This method is especially useful when you need to award gift points to many winners (more than 10).
You need to create a file with 3 columns:
- user: indicate the email addresses of the winners
- value : indicate the amount of gift points you want to give to each winner (1 point = 1 euro)
- description: indicate the reason why this person earns gift points (e.g.: "Reward for the August challenge")
Once you have created your file and filled it in, you must click on the "Upload an award file" button, then on "Choose the file" and finally on "Upload the file".
Manual awarding of gift points
This method is useful when you need to award points to only a few winners (less than 10).
In this case, you need to click on the green "Award" button, located on the right side of your screen.
Then, simply choose the winner from the "Recipient" drop-down list, enter the number of gift points you want to award to them, and finally enter the reason why you are awarding them gift points in the "Reason" field.
Repeat the process for each winner.
