What is it?
Make an announcement to all members in a newsfeed by using the mention "@all".
This ensures that all members will be notified about your message and will read it. We will confirm each time the number of people you will be notifying.
When to use it?
We recommend to use this feature when you want to share important news. This way we plan to reduce the number of less important notification a colleague would receive. Remember: less is more!
How does it work?
Simple:
Type your message in the post widget in newsfeed
Add @all
Publish your post
Subtlety
In order not to pollute the users' notifications and to prevent the @all feature from being abused, it is possible to limit access to it. This happens in the permission profiles. You just have to check/uncheck the following box: Use the "All" identification to notify all space members.
