Introduction
Integrating your Incenteev platform with Salesforce allows to read automatically your data.
SalesForce Cloud is a customer relationship management (CRM) suite offering applications for small, midsize and enterprise organizations, with a focus on sales and support.
Benefits of the integration:
Fast - Integration means admins do not have to manually enter data.
On-time - Updates will happen more regularly, so your teams will be able to easily follow their performance without interruption.
Enhance CRM adoption - You can animate your CRM adoption within Incenteev through challenges or dashboards. That's a fun way to encourage your teams to fill in the information in the CRM.
Incenteev offers 3 kinds of integration with Salesforce
1. The basic data integration: Create dataset updates based on SalesForce objects using Salesforce webhooks.
2. The advanced data integration: Create dataset updates based on SalesForce objects using reports and SOQL queries.
3. Synchronise users IDs on SalesForce with users accounts on Incenteev: Add Salesforce IDs to your Incenteev users accounts.

Incenteev and the access to your data
Incenteev is only allowed to read the data you have given access to. Incenteev will not modify the data in Salesforce. The access to the data can be deactivated at any time. To do so, simply go to the "Organization Administration" section, then click on "Manage Salesforce Accounts" and finally on the "Disconnect" button.
Troubleshooting
The results are no longer up to date? Check with your Salesforce administrator that the account used to establish the connection is still valid, i.e. that it is still authorized to read all the data you want to import into Incenteev.
If the administrator account that Incenteev used to establish its connection has been deactivated, go to the "Organization Administration" section, then click on "Manage Salesforce Accounts" and finally on the "Disconnect" button. For datasets based on a Salesforce object, this will make them unusable afterward. You will have to recreate them. For datasets based on SOQL queries, you will simply have to reactivate them.
