With the exception of the update mode via form creation and SalesForce integration, all result imports are done via .xlsx or .csv files.
You can thus update your results using the following methods
Manual: This is the default update mode. You upload the file yourself on the platform by clicking on the "Manage results" button available directly in the dashboard, then on the "Upload a results file" button.
For more details, go to this article : How to update manually a dataset ?FTPS: you upload the file to a secure FTP server. The platform checks every hour if a new file is available and uploads it to the platform if necessary.
Email: you send the file to a specific and secure email address that allows you to update your dataset.
URL: your file can be uploaded via a specific URL. The platform checks every hour if the file has been modified and uploads it to the platform if necessary.
