Your manager or one of your colleagues sent you a Praise? Congrats, we praise you too !
There are two types of Praise on Incenteev:
Private Praises - visible to you only (see 1.)
Public Praises - posted in discussion groups (see 2.)
You can find all the Praises you received, both private and public ones, on your profile page (see 3.)
1. Private Praises
If a coworker sends you a private Praise:
You receive a push notification - or an email, depending on your notification preferences (see example below)
Next time you connect to the app, a pop-up window will appear, showing you the Praise message you received (see example below)
2. Public Praises
If a coworker Praises you publicly:
You receive a push notification - or an email, depending on your notification preferences
Next time you connect to the app, a pop-up window will appear, showing you the Praise message you received
Your coworker's Praise post will appear in the discussion group that s.he chose. The message will be visible to all the users who have access to this discussion group (see example of post below)
3. See the list of Praises I received
You can visualize at any time the list of Praises you received in the past. To do so, you simply need to go to your profile and click on the "Praises" tab.
