So what exactly is the functionality "Documents" in Incenteev ?
Essentially, this functionality allows you to do two different actions:
The first and most obvious action that this functionality allows is the ability to create different libraries, each containing different folders and files.
For example, if you want to upload training materials onto your Incenteev platform and make them available to your sales teams, you can create different libraries and make each library only accessible to a specific regional sales team.
Similarly, you can also create different libraries in order to give access to different documents on Incenteev, according to the user's hierarchical level. The choice is ultimately yours in the organization of your libraries, folders and files!
A bit less intuitively, but very useful nonetheless, is the ability for you to access, in a glance, all the documents/pictures/videos/illustrations that have been attached to all the posts of the different discussion groups in the library "Group attachements".
Naturally, if you have access to three discussion groups on the platform, for example, you will then have in your "Documents" > "Group attachements" functionality three different links, each having the name of a group discussion and each corresponding to the attachments of one of these.
Once you click on the link and visualize the different individual attachments, you will have the ability to download the attachment and keep it on your phone or laptop!
