In order to start a chat conversation with a user, simply follow these steps:&nbsp;

Click on the speech icon situated on the right hand side of the search bar,

Click on the button "New Discussion" that appears on the new page,&nbsp;

Select or search for the person that you would like to talk to in the list provided.
