How to consult the statistics of the user base
How to consult the statistics of the user base

To view the statistics of your user base

  • Click on "Organization Administration".

  • Under the heading "Users", click on the first entry entitled "User Base Statistics".

  • A new window appears with the following information:

  1. Number of licences: This metric is broken up into three different components

  • Licences available: Represents the total amount of available licences for your company to use.

  • Used licences: Represents the amount of accounts that have been created on the platform.

  • Unused licences: Represents the remaining of the available licences, and thus all the accounts left to be created.

2. Number of invited users: This metric is broken up into three different components

  • Users: Represents the number of used licences or account created on the platform.

  • Invited users: Represents the number of users to whom the admin has sent out an invitation to join the platform.

  • Uninvited users: Represents the number of users to whom the admin has not sent out an invitation to join the platform, but whose account exist.

3. Number of confirmed users: This metric is broken up into three different components

  • Invited users: Represents the number of users to whom the admin has sent out an invitation to join the platform.

  • Confirmed users: Represents the number of users who has received the invitation to join the platform and who has confirmed the account.

  • Unconfirmed users: Represents the number of users who has received the invitation to join the platform and who has not confirmed the account.

4. Number of users who installed the native app: This metric is broken up into three different components

  • Confirmed users: Represents the number of users who has received the invitation to join the platform and who has confirmed the account.

  • Users who installed the native app: Represents the number of users, out of the confirmed ones, who has downloaded the app on their phone

  • Users who didn't install the native app: Represents the number of users, out of the confirmed ones, who has not downloaded the app on their phone

5. Number of users who uploaded a profile picture: This metric is broken up into three different components

  • Confirmed users: Represents the number of users who has received the invitation to join the platform and who has confirmed the account.

  • Users who uploaded a profile picture: Represents the number of users, out of the confirmed ones, who has uploaded a profile picture.

  • Users who didn't upload a profile picture: Represents the number of users, out of the confirmed ones, who has not uploaded a profile picture.
