Do you want to create a culture of recognition in your teams?
With Incenteev's "Praise" feature, you can now highlight your colleagues and/or managers' performance!
1. How to do it?
Congratulate your colleagues from their profile or from the home page by clicking on the share bar.
Then scroll down the list of possible publications and click on "praise someone".
The following window will appear:
You can then select the person that you would like to praise and the appropriate badge for her.
Keep in mind that the more personalized the praises are, the more impactful they will be!
You can choose to make your praises public, to inspire your teams, or keep them private. This decision will be asked of you when you click on the "Next" button. The following window will appear:
If you choose to make your praises public, you will then be prompted to choose the discussion group in which you would like to share such badge. Consequently, the badge that you assign to the selected person will be displayed in that specific group discussion and everyone belonging to that group will be able to see !
What a wonderful way to highlight your colleague or manager's performance!
However, if you choose to praise them privately- we get it, some people are more shy than others- then the receiver will see the badge displayed in a personal chat box between you and her upon her next connection!
2. Where to find the praises that you've received?
Find the praises you receive on your profile, under the "Praises" tab.
You will see indicated on each praise that you've received whether it was sent to you publicly or not.
Now, shall we say, "Praise away" ? 😀
