Share an important message
This option allows you to publicly share important information in a specific newsgroup while ensuring that everyone in that group sees and reads the post.
From your home page:
Click on the sharing bar labeled "Share your ideas, questions, good practices..."
Choose from the drop-down list "Share an important message."
Write your message in the "Your Message" box
If you wish, add an attachment (file, photo/video, GIF, or link to a quiz)
Select the discussion group in which you want to share your message
Finally, click on "PUBLISH"
The next time they log in to the platform, all members of the selected newsgroup will receive a notification that a new important discussion has been posted.
Your important post will appear at the top of their homepage with the words "Do not miss":
They will have to click the "READ" button to stop the message from appearing at the top of their homepage every time they log in.
And voilà, you now know how to post important messages on your favorite newsgroup 👍 !
