Incenteev has a solution for that!
With the functionality "my tools", you can manage external tools directly from your Incenteev platform!
To add an external tool to Incenteev
Go to "Organization Administration" and in the Organization section, click on the last link entitled "Manage External Tools"
Click on the button "+ Add a tool" and fill in the different information (name, description, link to the tool, visual).
Repeat the above action as many times and as many tools as you'd need!
The final product of what you've configurated for your organization's members is found in the main menu, on the left hand side, in the "My Tools" entry.
