In the "Chat" feature, all communication groups are pre-configured. They are determined according to the hierarchical organization of your platform.
To start a conversation with one of these groups:
Go to the "Chat" feature via the communication bubble button at the top right of your screen
Click on the green button "New discussion" always on the right of your screen
Select the discussion group of your choice and start chatting with your team
Please note, however, it is not possible to create a tailor-made group if necessary.
