What is a challenge on Incenteev?
A challenge is a workspace where participants have the opportunity to win a prize.
Built on a series of rules based on performance indicators, a challenge space on Incenteev is created in 3 steps:
I create the space: I create the workspace with the basic settings
I configure the space: I connect the data, configure the indicators, the rules and the prices
I launch the space: I publish the challenge and invite my collaborators

A challenge can be based on one or more mechanics.
Challenges can use different features as a basis : ranking, levels, points, objectives, or contributions. You can find all about it in dedicated articles.
It is important to know in advance the mechanics you want to adopt in order to build your challenge.

Add rules to your challenge
When you create a challenge space, you have the possibility to add a rulebook to explain the rules of the challenge, the potential conditions of access, the prizes to win...
Create a ranking
You can create a ranking in a challenge.
It can be as an indication for the users, or you can base your prize on it (the first 3 win a prize).
Add members
Before publishing your challenge, don't forget to add the members.
Edit a challenge
The picture or description you put on a prize when you created the challenge doesn't suit you anymore ? You can still change them, even if the challenge have already started. We explain to you how !
You edited a challenge, but the dates changed ? You wish to prolong the duration of the challenge by changing the end date ? It is all possible in the challenge's parameters.
Close a challenge
The end of your challenge has arrived? Now it's time to close it out! You can close the challenge by validating winners ("Validate winners" button) and then archive it by selecting it ("Archive this challeng" button). You can find a dedicated article providing more details about it.
