To modify or delete a post, all you have to do is:
Find your post in the newsfeed, by clicking on the "News" tab located in the menu column on the left
Click on the three-dot button in the top right corner of your post
Click "Edit" to modify your post or "Delete" to remove it
After editing your post, don't forget to click the "Save" button
