You created an evaluation topic hierarchy and you want now to use them in a coaching session ? You've come to the right place! 👇
The criterion will be evaluated during coaching sessions. You'll have to add them in a coaching session template.

Add an item "evaluation criterion" in a coaching session template :
Access the menu to edite a coaching session template ("Manage session templates") via the Organization administration panel. From here:
Edite the template of your choice by clicking on the pen icon or create a new template by clicking on "Create a session template".
Click on "Add item".
In the case "Select a type", choose the "evaluation criterion" one.
In the attached select, choose the criterion that you want to evaluate by starting taping its name.
The score scale corresponding to the selected criterion is then displayed.

Evaluate an evaluation criterion during a coaching session :
You've just created your coaching session template with some evaluation criteria. You still have to use it during a coaching session with one of your coachees.
You just need to create a session based on your template. During the preparation of the session, coach and coachee evaluate each on their own the criteria.
During the conduction of the session, the final score is decided by both parts (the coach makes the decision in case of disagreement).
Note that during the conduction of the session, the score is pre-filled by:
the coach's score if he has prepared the session ;
the coachee's score if not.
Of course, it does not prevent the coach from modifying the final score if he wants to.
Thus, the coach and the coachee will have the possibility to evaluate each criterion and save the session.
When the session is validated, the score of a given criterion used for the evaluation system will be the one given by the coach.
Congratulations, you added an item of "evaluation criterion" in a coaching session template and you evaluated it during a coaching session. All you have to do now is viewing the results of the users for each topic: [Lien vers article visualisation des résultats].
