You can add a “barcode” field to your contribution forms.

It allows your colleagues to directly scan a barcode from a smartphone or a tablet thanks to the camera, or to read the information of a picture saved in the gallery.

The corresponding field in the contribution form will fill in automatically.

If you are on computer, you can enter manually the barcode number.
