During the coaching session creation, you have to choose an existing template. However, you can customize this template to adapt it to your needs.

Customizing a coaching session
To create a new coaching session, you first have to select a template, that includes default questions. You still can customize this template by creating new talking points.
These “ad hoc” points will be added to the agenda. Preparation and conduction are made the same way as usual.
You and your coachee can also add new talking points during the session preparation.
After that, when you create a new session based on the same template and with the same coachee (both are necessary), these ad hoc points will be automatically created. That way, you don’t have to create them again each time and it allows you to follow the history of the answers to that point.
You can choose to delete these points when creating the next session, or simply to change their visibility to “hide” them. That second solution, since it is not definitive, is useful for instance if you are using the same coaching session template each week, but that you want to add a specific point once a month. You would hide it the rest of the time.
Important to notice: Creating ad hoc points does not change the template. They exist only between a coach and a particular coachee, and provided the template used is the same one.
