When you connect to the platform, you land on the home page.

The home page displays a news feed. It is personalized for each user and displays all the messages that were posted in the discussion groups you have access to. In the news feed, messages are organized in chronological order.

Discussion groups are online communities that can be accessed either by a defined list of users, or by all the users on the platform. They help segmenting and sorting information - by subject or geographical area for example.

Discussion groups can have their own theme* and display widgets** that are different from those on the home page news feed.

To access the home page news feed, you need to click on the "News" button, in the left menu.

*Theme : The theme consists of all the graphic elements in a space (group, dashboard, home page, etc.). It is composed of the banner image on at the top of the page and the main color.
**Widget : Frame you can find on the right side of the home page news feed or of a discussion group. It can display several kinds of information, such as most popular discussions of the week, personalized text or image for example.
