Incenteev being a B2B application, the deletion of your account must be requested to your administrator in your company. Incenteev cannot delete your account while your company provides you an active license.
If your license has been disabled by your administrator, deleting the data can be done either by your administrator or by contacting the Incenteev support staff at support@incenteev.com, mentioning the email address of your account.
In case of ending the contract between Incenteev and your company, all associated accounts will be permanently deleted a few weeks after the end of the contract.
