A quiz collection is a space that groups together several quizzes.
This allows you to classify your quizzes by theme, and to limit access to some of them if you wish. 👇
For example: Manager Quiz, Advisor Quiz, October Quiz, Product A Quiz...
To create a quiz collection
Click on the "New" button located at the bottom of the left menu
Select the "Quiz Collection" tab.
Click on the "Create" button
You will then arrive on a new page, which allows you to complete the basic parameters of your collection. Here are the available parameters:
The name (mandatory)
The rules (optional but recommended)
It can be written in the text box provided for this purpose or in the form of a file (PDF, document, video, image...) It will be displayed to members when they first access the quiz collection. You can make the acceptance of the rules mandatory, members will then have to accept them before participating in a quiz of this collection.
Administrators (optional)
If you don't specify an administrator, only the super-administrators of the platform will be able to edit it.
Confidentiality (required)
This setting defines who can see and participate in quizzes.
Public mode (default): accessible by all members of the organization
Private mode: only accessible by a small group of users, but visible to everyone in the list of spaces. Other users can request access.
Secret mode: only accessible by a small group of users and hidden from others.
Once you have completed these settings, click on the "Create" button at the bottom of the page.
Congratulations, you just uploaded your quiz collection!
