The new "Sections" feature allows for better organization of items in coaching sessions. This documentation will guide you through the different steps of using this feature.
Enabling Sections
By default, items are added without sections. To enable this feature:
Enable the "Activate Sections" option.
A first section is automatically created.
An "Add Section" button appears to create additional sections.
Creating and Managing Sections
Case 1: You Have No Items Created Yet
A first section is automatically created after enabling "Activate Sections".
Click on "Add Section" to create more sections.
Add items to each section as needed.
Case 2: You Already Have Items Created
Once you enable "Activate Sections":
A first section is created and groups all existing items.
You can reorganize the items into different sections.
To add a new section, click on "Add Section".
Move items to the sections of your choice (see "Moving Items" section below).
Expanding and Collapsing Sections
Each section can be expanded or collapsed to either display or hide the items inside. This allows for a cleaner and more organized view of your coaching session.
Moving Items Between Sections
On each item, click on the two opposing arrows "Modify Position".
A window opens with a list of existing sections.
Select the section where you want to move the item.
Define the item's position:
At the first positon.
Just after a specific item (then choose the reference item among the list that's going to appear).
At the last position.
Click "Save" to confirm.
Deleting a Section
Click on the three dots next to the section name.
Select "Delete".
A window will appear with different options depending on the situation:
If there are only two sections remaining and we're deleting one of them :
The window will show the following options:Delete all items in this section.
Keep the items (the items will be automatically added to the other remaining section).
If there are more than two sections:
The window will show the following options:Delete all items in this section.
Move the items to another section (you can select the destination section from the list).
Modifying the Position of Sections
Click on the three dots next to the section name.
Select "Modify Position".
A window will appear where you can choose:
At first Position: Move the section to the top.
At last Position: Move the section to the bottom.
After a specific section: Move the section after a specific section.
Save the changes.
Editing a Section Name
Click on the three dots next to the section name.
Select "Edit".
Modify the name and confirm.
Disabling Sections
Disable "Activate Sections".
All sections are deleted, but the items are preserved and displayed continuously.
