Whether you want to give everyone a simple and engaging view of their performance through a dashboard, or delight your salespeople with innovative and effective challenges, you will need to import your results into the platform.
You choose a manual update of your challenge's data and you are not quite sure how to do it ? Here is the complete procedure !👇
To do so, go to the main page of your challenge or dashboard, click on "Manage results", as well as the data set you are interested in...
Then select the following icon to be taken to the results file loading page.
And click on "Upload a file" to choose your file ready for import. Finally, click on "Validate" to confirm your import.
Please, notice that two rules are to be followed in order for the upload to be successful :
The structure of the result must be exactly like the example displayed on the left side of the screen so that the results that you are importing are rightfully interpreted by the platform.
The file have to be in CSV or XLSX in order for it to be read correctly.
If you tick these two requirements, you can click on the green button "Validate". The upload of the file is now in progress !
Once imported, you will receive an import confirmation email that will tell you if the import was successful or if you need to make any changes.
In the last case, simply follow the instructions in the email and re-import the corrected file.
💡TIPS: On the import page, you can upload a template file by clicking on the "Upload a template file" button. You can then fill in this template and upload it to the platform by clicking on the "Upload a new file" button.
💡TIPS 2: During the upload, you can input the "Last result date". It is an optional field. It allows precising to the platform until when the dataset contains up to date business data, and so keep the indicator scores updated until then. If it is not filled-in, then we consider that the last result date of the indicator is the latest score date of the indicator.
It's done ! You imported successfully your dataset 😄
