At Incenteev, coaching is based on 2 components that complement each other π
The coaching sessions are discussions between the coach and the coachee. Note that you are also able to do collective sessions.
The missions are specific activities that the sales person can carry out to improve. They are defined during each meeting, prioritize actions, and allow quantitative and qualitative improvements to be monitored over time.
Coaching sessions
π¬ A coaching session represents the discussions between the coach and the coachee.
The objective is to structure and standardize the points between the coach and the coachee, while centralizing the minutes of these meetings in one place so that, at a glance, each party can see the different points discussed during the previous sessions and evaluate together the evolution of the coachee.
Each coach's list of coachees is automatically generated by the Incenteev platform, according to their position in the hierarchy. However, to manage exceptional cases, you can add additional coach and coachee relationships. Each coaching session is based on a template. A template is a set of questions that are already defined and that can be adapted to each coachee by the manager.

After the coaching session has been scheduled, the coachee receives an email to prepare for the meeting. He can read the agenda, fill in his answers and publish them before the 1 on 1. During the 1 on 1 meetings or in advance, the manager can also fill in the answers to the different agenda items.

Missions
π Missions are specific activities that a coachee can perform to improve and achieve his or her goal. A manager can create a mission for his coachee or for himself. A coachee can also self-assign a mission. The set of missions constitutes the action plan. Check out this article to find out how: How to create missions / action plan?
These missions guarantee the alignment of the coachee with the actions to be taken. They also allow for the monitoring of qualitative and quantitative progress over time.
An assignment can be simple or connected to a performance indicator.
β During the meeting, the manager and the coachee can mark the missions of the previous action plan as "completed" or "not completed". After that, they can add new missions to build the new action plan. (How to validate or delete a mission?)
