You wish to create a coaching mission for one or more of your employees? You can also create coaching missions for yourself.

Select the name of one of your team members. If you want to create an assignment for yourself, click on "personal page" at the top of your screen. If you do not have a coachee, you are directly on your page.

Click on the "+ Mission" button.

- The title of the mission
- You can define a business objective (Example: call 10 prospects). This objective can be updated manually (by you or your collaborator) or based on an indicator and will therefore be updated automatically.
- A description
- A deadline
   

Click on the "Launch" button and let's go!

- Go to the Coaching section 
- Select the name of one of your team members. If you want to create an assignment for yourself, click on "personal page" at the top of your screen. If you do not have a coachee, you are directly on your page. 
- Click on the "+ Mission" button. 
- Complete the mission:
 - The title of the mission

 - A description
 - A deadline
 
- Click on the "Launch" button and let's go!
