To create a dashboard, nothing could be easier ! 👇
Option #1 : Via the "NEW" button on your home page
From your home page, click on the "New" button located at the bottom left of your screen, under the main menu. A pop-up window will open, click on ""Dashboard" and then on the "Create" button.
Option #2 : Via the main menu of your home page
From your home page, click on the "Dashboard" feature of the main menu, then click on the "Create dashboard" button.
Then, follow the guide :
Basic settings: Start by giving your dashboard a name and choosing a visibility setting. Click on the SAVE button at the bottom right of the screen.
Public mode (default): accessible by all members of the organization
Private mode: only accessible by a small group of users, but visible to everyone in the list of spaces. Other users can request access.
Secret mode: only accessible by a small group of users and hidden from others.
Click on the "Save" button at the bottom right of the screen.
Data: Import your data into Incenteev by creating a dataset. You can then create indicators based on this data. Click on the "Continue" button at the bottom right of the screen.
You can also use an existing dataset on your platform.Indicators: Create indicators to measure, indicate, point out achievements. An indicator can be based on data or it can measure for exemple the number of points won in a quiz or a challenge. Click on the CONTINUE button at the bottom right of the screen.

Rankings: Create and manage rankings based on indicators. Click on the CONTINUE button at the bottom right of the screen.
List: Create and display a list to your participants in order to animate your priorities. To learn more about list: How to display a list in a dashboard or challenge?
Summary: Here you can edit elements of the dashboard such as the basic settings and theme.
That's it! Click on the "Preview dashboard" button or choose to publish it immediately by clicking on "Publish this dashboard".
Don't forget to add members to this dashboard. (What's the difference between a participant and a member ?)
To do this, before or after publishing it, go to the "Members" tab at the top of your dashboard and click on the "Add Members" button
