You first Incenteev project is getting real, and you have just created your first users base or.... 

... your project is already up and running, but you wish to share this success with new users. 

Wherever you are on you Incenteev experience, it is time to let you collaborators know that they can access the platform and start being part of this amazing project.

As you probably already understood, to invite or reinvite your users will allow them to be aware that they have been added on the platform, so that they can choose their password, add a profile picture, and check their information. 

If you have added the user manually, here is how to invite or reinvite him/her : 

- Go to "Settings"
- Click on "Organization administration"
- Press "Manage users"

You are now in the center of your user base ! Use the search bar to find the user you which to (re)invite. 

Click on the three dots at the right of the username

- Click on the three dots at the right of the username
- "Invite now" or "Invite again now"

Each user will receive an email like the following one, and will only have to follow the instructions.

Here is how to send all the invites at once ! 

Choose "Not invited users" on the drop-down menu

- Choose "Not invited users" on the drop-down menu

Click on "Send all invations again" or on "Send some invitations" if you only want to invite a limited number of users without doing it one by one.

You will then be redirected to the screen you can see below, in order to confirm the dispactch of the invitations to your uninvited users. You will also have the ability to write down an "Invitation message" to welcome them on the platform and to select the email address who will be sending the invitation. When it is done, you only have to clink on the "Invite now" button. 

It's done !! Now that the users are created and invited, you can help them discover the dashboard, the newsfeed, the challenges and so much more on the Incenteev platform !
